Booking an Appointment

When an appointment is booked, you will receive a text/email verifying the date and time

48 hours before the service, a confirmation text/email is sent. Please respond with ā€œCā€ to confirm

A reminder is sent two hours before the appointment

This is an automated system that does not recognize text messages & we recommend saving the number as a contact for easy access to booking info

cancellation & no-show policy

We respectfully request that all cancellations and reschedules are made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment

Cancellations within 24 hours will be subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service

No-Shows are a no-no. 50% of the missed appointment will be required to rebook, as well as saved payment information for your next service

Return Policy

Due to health and sanitation reasons, we can not accept any open or used product as a return

We stand strong behind our product knowledge and recommendations, offering samples on all retail products to help you find your new favorite

Online Booking

If you can not find your preferred date or time, we advise you to call the front desk who will be able to assist you more

Appointments can not be cancelled or rescheduled online
